As an Operations Manager and part of the global operations leadership team, you'll be responsible for delivering manufacturing results and steering the technology roadmap in close collaboration with the 3D Printing global operations and R&D teams.

If you match this description, get in touch! What you'll do Responsible for SQDCM (Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and Morale) metrics for 3D Printing in Littlestown.
Act as the single point of contact for the global 3D operations team and local management team.
Prepare manufacturing operation and investment plans.
Define and implement improvement plans and lean programs to meet/exceed performance measures.
Manage projects, including introduction of new products, processes and equipment, aligned with product and technology roadmaps.
Manage P&L results for the 3D Printing production unit.
Identify and implement cost-down opportunities.
Supervise, select, develop, coach, and evaluate team to ensure effective and efficient manufacturing.
Your qualifications Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related 5
years of relevant experience in a production environment and managing teams Ability to operate in a venture/scale-up environment; adaptable with a high sense of urgency and a change agent Track record of successful implementation of lean manufacturing and/or other manufacturing excellence programs Strong communication, analytical problem solving, and negotiation skills Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.
