Qualifications:
The right person is passionate, purposeful, and eager 2
years' experience leading the installation of energy-efficient heating and cooling systems; heat pumps, ERVs, dual fuel systems, air conditioners, ductless heat pumps, and water heaters A high degree of professionalism Success prioritizing diverse responsibilities Proven ability to meet deadlines without compromising the installation process, fostering mentorship and relationships with team members while providing impeccable customer service Sound judgment.
Ability to make decisions, work independently, and seek assistance from team members when necessary Superior verbal communication skills Valid driver's license Company insurable driving record Able to pass a pre-hire background check and drug screening Recommended Skills Coaching And Mentoring Communication Customer Service Hvac Professional Attitude Pumps Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
